Warranty Information

1) All Products are inspected before dispatch. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a  7-day exchange on our products. Please notify us on customerservice@aucarauto.com within 24 hours of receipt of products if you intend to exchange your purchases.
2a) For Exchange: Return shipping, Handling and re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is checked, the remaining amount after deducting re-stocking fees and bank processing charges, if any, will be credited to the customer's wallet on aucarauto.com. This balance can be utilized to make a purchase.
2b) For Warranty claims: Customer to arrange for return shipping of the products after we have been notified via customerservice@aucarauto.com. AuCar will bear the re-shipping charges in case the fault has arisen due to a manufacturing defect; for other damages caused due to mal-handling, power surges etc the discounted cost of repair & spare parts along with re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. 3) All items eligible for return must be in their original condition, free from damages or scratches; including their original packaging, accessories, wires, manuals, screws, stickers etc. that were sent during the original purchase. Value of any missing item will be deducted from the original amount.
4) Before return shipping the product, please confirm with us on the method of shipment to avoid any additional charges. We suggest using EMS or your local postal service.
