Whilst we assist with after-sales, we would also require our customerā€™s cooperation and patience, especially on checking products, updating the device, providing Order number and details, car model, year, pictures of the dashboard, factory radio plug etc. Refusal to cooperate may affect your warranty.

All Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are subject to the following policy.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Aucarā€™ warranty policy is only applicable to purchases made through Aucarauto.com, its official online stores and distributors. Products purchased through unauthorized retailers are not entitled to Aucarā€™s warranty policy and will depend on the respective retailerā€™s warranty policy.

Aucar car infotainment systems are warranted for 12 months from the Date of order Delivery. Other products come with a 6 monthsā€™ warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description. No warranty on free gifts.

Products on ā€˜Special offerā€™ are subject to a 6 monthsā€™ warranty. No Return or exchanges are accepted on Special offer products unless they are defective.

Warranty begins from the Date of Delivery of the order.

RETURNS POLICY:

      • Return/Exchange: Customer returns the product to Aucar (at Customerā€™s cost) after Return Approval from Aucar.

    After receiving the returned package, Aucar will inspect and test the product.

    If found defective, Aucar will send a brand new unit. (Resending fees will be at Aucarā€™s cost)

        • Return/Refund: Customer returns the product to Aucar (at Aucarā€™s cost) after Return Approval from Aucar.

      After receiving the returned package, Aucar will inspect and test the product.

      If found defective, Aucar will refund the cost of product excluding initial shipping fee.

      All accessories, packaging, manuals etc. supplied along with the product must be returned with the product. Aucar reserves the right to deduct the cost of any such missing accessories, wires, harnesses etc. from the refund amount.

      Refunds will be processed within 4 working days after confirmation, however, there might be a delay depending on the type of payment method used during initial payment. Once Aucar confirms the refund to be made, the customer will then have to follow up with their bank in case of any delays.Ā 

      15 days ā€“ 12 months from delivery.

          • Customer returns the product to Aucar (at Customerā€™s cost) after Return Approval from Aucar.

        After receiving the returned package, Aucar will inspect and test the product.

        If found defective, Aucar will offer free spare parts and replacement for the product. In case the Aucar Tech Support team deems the product to be unrepairable, Aucar will offer a corresponding discount to purchase a new unit based on Original purchase date.

        Warranty for any replaced or trade-in units will continue as per the Original order date. No Extensions will be provided.

        Being an Aucar customer you will have access to our tech support team even after the end of warranty period is over. We are happy to provide operation suggestions, software updates and tech support for our products.

            • Returns/Exchange: Customer returns the product to Aucar (at Customerā€™s cost) after Return Approval from Aucar.

          Product must be returned in the same condition it was received, i.e. Uninstalled, in Original Packaging, wires & harnesses, accessories, etc.

          The value of any missing accessories or items required to make the product saleable will be deducted from the Return/exchange value.

          Price difference between the refund value and new product value, if any, should be paid by the customer.

          Return shipping fee to be paid by the customer.

          Aucar reserves the right to decline a Return/Exchange in case the product is installed/used and is deemed not to be in brand new condition.

              • Returns/Refund: Customer returns the product to Aucar (at Customerā€™s cost) after Return Approval from Aucar.

            There will be no refund in case the product is installed/used because the product cannot be sold as brand new anymore.

            If only, the outer packaging has been opened, but the product hasnā€™t been installed/used, there will be a 15% deduction from the original value as it would be sold as an open-box item at our authorized retailers or on ā€˜special offerā€™ on our website.

            Initial shipping fee will be deducted from the Refund Amount.

            Aucar reserves the right to decline a Return/Exchange in case the product is installed/used and is deemed not to be in brand new condition.

            Refunds or Exchanges are not supported after 15 days.

            REFUND POLICY:

            Order cancellations

            Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped or manufactured. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package have been shipped out.

            Upon confirmation of cancellation, refund will be processed in 24-48 hours. however, there might be a delay depending on the type of payment method used during initial payment. Once Aucar confirms the refund to be made, the customer will then have to follow up with their bank in case of any delays.Ā Ā 

            Important reminders

            Please check the packaging before signing. If the package is damaged in transit, do not use it and make a note on the carrierā€™s way bill. Share pictures of the damaged box as evidence with us within 2 days at customerservice@aucarauto.com Subject: Order number ####

            Once the correct package has been received please check contents to ensure there is no shortage of accessories. Report any shortages within 2 days at customerservice@aucarauto.com Subject: Order number ####

            Do not return ship items without a ā€˜Return Approvalā€™ from Aucar; failure to do so may result in the package being rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

            After installation if the product is found to be faulty, please make a video or take pictures as evidence and share it with us at customerservice@aucarauto.com at the earliest. Do not uninstall it.

            We are not responsible for defects arising out of improper or unprofessional installation. We suggest our customers to seek professional assistance before installation.

            Installation/Uninstallation costs, taxes, duties etc. are to be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any of these costs. Taxes maybe exempt while shipping back to our local warehouses.

            Warranty is non-transferable, however, we are happy to provide technical support and suggestions on our products.

            We reserve the right of final interpretation and modification.
