Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We mostly use actual product pictures while listing our products. However, a product may be available in different variants. Pictures are always used for reference only and could slightly differ from the actual product at some instances.Ā 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Upon successful order confirmation and payment, the invoice will be sent over to your email. A summary can also be viewed in the 'Orders' tab of your account on the website.Ā 

Where can I find my 'Order ID'?

The 'Order ID' will be mentioned in your invoice that has been mailed over to you.Ā 

How can I return an item?

You will simply have to fill in and send the 'Return Authorization form' available in the footer of the website. Our after-sales team will get in touch with you for the next steps within 24 hours (working time). DO NOT return a product without a 'Return Approval'

What is a 'Pre-order' item?

'Pre-orders' are payments collected for products that are due to be released in the very near future i.e 15 to 45 days.

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship your Order worldwide, except Military addresses and Post Boxes.Ā
