What payment methods are accepted?
We do accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal payments, in addition to local payment methods.
Can you test the product before dispatch?
All AuCar units are produced under a strict quality control procedure and are thoroughly tested before being packed and dispatched.
Can I install the unit myself?
The unit is easy to install and is only plug and play, however, it is recommended to have the installation done by a professional to avoid damages to the head unit and dashboard.
Does it come with TV function? Do I need to cut wires for installation?
TV function is optional. You would need to buy an external Digital TV Box from us to be able to watch mobile digital TV in your area.There is no need to cut cables, it is a plug and play installation.
How do I make sure that the unit fits my car?
If you are unsure, before placing an order, please do get in touch with our representatives via the Web Chat or Whatsapp with a picture of your car’s dashboard, so that our engineers can suggest the right unit.
What is AuCar ?
AuCar is a premium car infotainment systems brand (Car head unit) that predominantly uses the Android Operating System. AuCar was first manufactured for the Australian market from where it gets it’s name Au-Australia and Car.
Does the unit come with pre-installed GPS Maps?
No, GPS Maps are not pre-installed on the unit, these could be downloaded from the Google Playstore. Please let us know if you would like to have maps pre-installed and we would be happy to do so at no-extra cost.
Is it possible to listen to music or radio while the Navigation is switched on?
Yes, it is very much possible to navigate while listening to music.
