Customer Satisfaction is one of our key attributes at Aucar Auto. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange the products within 7 days based on the following terms:

  • Firstly, please notify us by email at the address mentioned below, with a copy of valid invoice that was sent to you with your purchase. No refund, return or exchange would be possible without presenting a valid invoice and ID copy.
  • The products must be returned unused and in good saleable condition. All paperwork, parts, wires, accessories etc. must be returned. 
  • Returns with minor scratches to the product, packaging or accessories, will be charged 20% of the individual product value. If the product is returned severely damaged, with incomplete packaging or missing accessories, refund will not be possible. 
  • In case the customer would like to exchange the product for another product, the full value of the product will be refunded through a voucher code which could be redeemed during the next purchase and will remain valid for use once any time during the next 2 years. 
  • All cash refunds will be done using the same method used during the original purchase and will be subject to a re-stocking fee of AED. 100, wherein the individual product’s value is more than AED. 1000 or 8% of the total value wherein the individual product’s value is less than AED. 1000
  • The return shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer.

Defective, Damaged or Non-working product

  • If you received the product in damaged packaging, please do not accept the delivery and immediately notify us on the below mentioned email address. 
  • If you opened the product and found the product to be damaged physically, please notify us within 24 hours on the below contact.
  • After installation, if the product fails to switch on or is defective within 3 days after purchase, we will provide a replacement unit, once the defective unit is shipped back to us. 
  • If any misinterpretations are made and the product is not faulty or defective, 15% of the product value will be charged to cover expenses of testing, inspection and re-stocking and the remaining value will be refunded. The inspection/testing could take up to 4 working days from the receipt of the product. 

Return shipping

  • For any returns made, AuCar Auto would be happy to reimburse up to a maximum of AED. 20 against return shipping charges if the product is being returned due to the product being received in damaged condition, or with any manufacturing defect or wrong item sent.

If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, We will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

All returned products will be are subject to inspection and testing at AuCar before effecting any return, refund or exchange and are at our sole discretion.

Warranty Policy

In the unlikely event where any manufacturing or material defect has occurred due to unforeseen reasons, our head units are all covered by a 12-month warranty for items purchased in the United Arab Emirates (“the UAE”)  At AuCar Auto’s discretion, this warranty obligation is limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the price of the product at the time of repair or replacement. For selected products and in instances where the transaction takes place in the UAE and AuCar Auto is the seller of record, warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers designated by AuCar Auto.

This limited warranty is provided by AuCar Auto Accessories Trading LLC (“AuCar Auto” or “Us” or “Company”) to you as the original purchaser of the product(s) you purchased from Us.

The products warranty is provided against defects in materials and workmanship under regular consumer use for one year from the date of receipt of product from Us. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the product, we will, at our decision, take one of the following actions:

(i) replace the product with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to the product you purchased;

(ii) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts at our authorized repair center; or

(iii) refund to you the purchase price of the product according to market price of the product.

There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the product returned to Us. Technological advances and product availability may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product you purchased. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by Us at our sole discretion.

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased within the United Arab Emirates (the “Territory”). Replacement and repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory, and refunds will only be credited to accounts located within the Territory. However, for purchases made outside the territory we would happily do what is in our best interest to solve any issues, please email us at customerservice@aucarauto.com 

AuCar auto will reimburse up to a maximum of AED.20 for return shipping wherein a warranty claim is within the terms of this policy. 

All claim under this warranty are subject to presentation of original sales invoice or warranty card. In case these documents are not available, or the product serial numbers are removed, defaced, illegible or tampered, the company reserves the right to decline the claim. Also, if any of the seals on the enclosure are broken or show evidence of tampering.

The following exceptions also apply to the warranty:

  • Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphone or microphone jacks, cables and recording/reading heads.
  • Abuse or neglect, misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to Use this product for its normal purposes or according to the Company’s instructions on Usage or resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by the Company for use with this product. 
  • Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or installations at unauthorized/non-professional centres. use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product User manual. Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out to the products 
  • This warranty is non-transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the products and only apply to the original purchaser of the products. 
  • Accidents, acts of God, fire or other external causes, lightning, water, public disturbances, improper ventilation or insulation voltage surges or any cause beyond the control of the Company.

The company does not take any liability for the loss of data stored/saved in the products that are either repaired or replaced or any logistical costs, cost of accessories, installation, removal or re-installation charges, incidental or indirect damages beyond the current value of the product itself.
