Awesome product in general . Order came in about one week , they did a great job with the packaging and installation manual, user manual and trouble shooting files. I had some setbacks during installation so those helped, the radio is plug and play, very responsive , love the CarPlay function , I am VERY impressed.
Many thanks to Emma when I needed help with settings, she video called me with step by step instructions and invited me to their tech support Facebook group , it’s good to see that this company values their customers. Definitely will do business with them again.

Product beat my expectations by far. Fantastic integration with still having full access to the factory screen and features. Screen is crisp and bright! Customer service has blown me away as well, you typically never see a company this responsive to questions, I ran into an issue during install and Meicong got back to me within 15 minutes and we were able to initiate a very easy fix in the settings. No regrets with this purchase!

Couldn’t believe they finally made one for the 19-2022 body style. Order came in less than 2 weeks. Install truly is plug and play. I have been testing/reviewing this upgrade since its launch. If you are comfortable with technology and willing to learn how to expand the capability of your infotainment system, then this may interest you. At a minimum, it certainly updates the centerpiece of the (non-refresh interior) 2019-2024 GMC Sierra’s and Chevrolet Silverados.

Don’t buy from anyone else. You won’t get Tech support from those copy units on eBay and other sites.
Aucarauto stands behind their products and there is always tech support availability. This is the best upgrade I’ve made to my truck. About an hour to install. All plug and play.
