We mostly use actual product pictures while listing our products. However, a product may be available in different variants. Pictures are always used for reference only and could slightly differ from the actual product at some instances.Â
Upon successful order confirmation and payment, the invoice will be sent over to your email. A summary can also be viewed in the 'Orders' tab of your account on the website.Â
The 'Order ID' will be mentioned in your invoice that has been mailed over to you.Â
You will simply have to fill in and send the 'Return Authorization form' available in the footer of the website. Our after-sales team will get in touch with you for the next steps within 24 hours (working time). DO NOT return a product without a 'Return Approval'
'Pre-orders' are payments collected for products that are due to be released in the very near future i.e 15 to 45 days.
We can ship your Order worldwide, except Military addresses and Post Boxes.Â
